Troubled Waters Synopsis

Jim Hill stumbles on a small town 12,000 feet above sea level in the Andes Mountains of Argentina. He hears San Antonio de los Cobres is being poisoned by the very thing it needs to survive, water.

After research Jim and the team surrounding him discover alarmingly high levels of arsenic in the drinking water. Against all odds he sets out on a decade long journey to fulfill what becomes the quest of his lifetime and provide clean drinking water for the town.

Traversing through a mountainous terrain of physical and inner struggle Jim’s journey becomes more complicated, humorous and troubling than he ever imagined. Will the quest end in failure, costing thousands of lives or will he find meaning in fulfilling this epic saga?
